Returns & Refund Policy

At Yourhomedeco, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall art purchase, eligible physical items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be accepted for a return, items must meet these conditions:

Unused and maintained in original condition

Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and included hardware

Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt)

Not customized beyond the standard options available on the product page

Return Process

Before returning any item, you must contact us at contact@Yourhomedeco.shop to request authorization. Once your request is approved, we will provide:

A prepaid return shipping label

Instructions for secure packaging

A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly. This includes:

Damage to the frame, print, or packaging

Receiving the wrong size, design, or color

Missing parts or mounting components

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or custom-made products (including items with added text or images)

Final sale or clearance items

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please complete the return process for the original product and place a new order separately. Once your return is approved, any eligible refund can be used toward your new purchase.

Refund Timeline

After your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply.
